The provider of this page is responsible. The relevant details are in the Impressum. We handle privacy requests via waitlist@paniq.dev.

Visiting the website

The site consists of static files (HTML, one stylesheet, one small script for animations and the form), all from the same server. No cookies are set, no analytics systems loaded, no requests to foreign servers, nothing passed to third parties. There is no tracking.

The site runs on the operator’s own server. The web server writes logs. They contain the IP address and time of the request, among other things, and serve to detect abuse and faults. They get deleted after a short period.

Waitlist

When you sign up via the form on the homepage, we store:

• your email address,
• the chosen platform,
• the voluntary context, if given,
• the time of the sign-up.

Purpose: We write to you only at the launch of paniq and for security advisories. Platform and context help us plan the order of release.

Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR), which you give with the checkbox in the form.

Storage location: The data is on the operator’s own server. It is not handed to third parties and not used for tracking, advertising, or profiling.

Revocation and deletion: You can revoke the consent at any time, informally by mail an waitlist@paniq.dev. We then delete your entry and you get no more mail from us. The lawfulness of processing done up to that point is unaffected.

If you mail us for another reason, we process the details from your message to reply and stay in contact.

Your rights

You have the right to information, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, objection, portability, and revocation of consent (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). A short note by mail is enough; we reply without delay.

You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority.

Changes

If the operation of the site or the waitlist changes, the updated statement appears here with a new status date.
